MAKO MIZOBUCHI

born 1984 in Kyoto, Japan, is an artist living and working Kyoto. She studied about printmaking at Kyoto Seika University(BA) and also graduated MA Photography at Burg Giebichenstein University of Art and Design Halle, Meisterschüler Photography under Prof. Joachim Brohm at Academy of Fine Arts Leipzig.

1984年京都府生まれ。京都精華大学芸術学部造形学科版画専攻をへて、2010年に渡独。以後ライプ ツィヒと京都で制作発表を行いながら、2013年ブルグギービッシェンシュタイン芸術工科大学大学 院写真専攻、2016年ライプツィヒ視覚芸術アカデミー マイスターシューラーを修了する。 “自然環境と調和した人の暮らしとはどんなものなのだろうか”と、生活の中での気づきや考察・観察 ・実践を根拠に作品制作を展開する。
